We handle content and media player setup from our offices before shipping the players. This is intended for basic content only – such as slide shows, projects Live TV zones, or very basic interactive presentations. We will handle loading the client’s content to the screen and coaching them with proper image sizing and formatting. We handle all complex BrightSign software setup and content testing. For clients who have more advanced needs such as weather/news feeds on screen we do offer design services and a range of fee based templates. In this option, we will setup the media player in our offices and test it. We will not initially load content. The player will ship ready to load with content. We recommend including one of our training packages above so we can walk the client through their day-to-day tasks to keep their screens updated once their players are installed. This option puts the player in a plug-and-play mode presuming network functionality is in place.
Our Creative Director will walk your team through Content Strategy and Best Practices for your digital signage network. We will review various software options for content management, review content/creative workflows and the best approaches to ongoing content maintenance.
Our team will provide business day support for BrightSign software. We offer email or phone support and do provide ongoing training as needed in case your staffing changes.
Should you find that keeping your content fresh is too much of a hassle, our team offers ongoing content maintenance. This can be content from our design team or yours. We will handle either full-fledged graphic design / video editing – or just work from content you supply to get everything in the right format and uploaded on your schedule. Pricing depends on options, and for clients wanting this service we will arrange a pre-sales call.
