With this NDI I/F Unit attached, the Live Switcher AV-UHS500 supports input and output via the high quality, low latency video transmission of NDI®* and the stable, low bit rate transmission of NDI®|HX*. This enables the construction of IP streaming systems covering operations from video transmission to camera control using a single LAN cable and supports remote live video production at sports and other event venues.
- NDI*1 and NDI|HX*1 signals can be input directly from cameras to the AV-UHS500 using a single LAN cable.
- NDI*1 signals enable the AV-UHS500 to be connected to a streaming PC using a single LAN cable.

- Remote live production that supports video transmission and camera control can be achieved when used in a system with Panasonic cameras*2 with NDI*1 and NDI|HX*1 support.
- NDI* and NDI|HX* signals can be input directly from cameras to the AV-UHS500 with a single LAN cable. With NDI*, the AV-UHS500 can be connected to a streaming PC with a single LAN cable. Up to two units can be fitted to a single AV-UHS500.
- Two LAN terminals (1 Gb each) secure a maximum bandwidth of 2 GB.
