This award marks the sixth time that Almo Corporation has been listed as a leader in the mid-size business category on the Top Workplace list.
Almo Corporation will be formally recognized at a dinner awards program on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at the Crystal Tea Room where company rankings will be revealed. Claffey explained that survey results for the Philadelphia area’s Top Workplaces are based solely on employee survey feedback. Last fall, 1,488 public, private, nonprofit and governmental employers in the region were invited to take part in the employee survey. The survey gathers responses on 24 factors covering seven areas that measure how well employees are working together toward a common cause. Areas include:
